Tortellini is a ring-shaped pasta typically stuffed with (but not limited to) a mix of meat (such as pork loin, prosciutto crudo, or mortadella,) or cheese ([such as cheddar or parmesan]). Although this tortellini is not authentic, according to the Wikipedia entry. It was really good. As you can see from the image above and in the video, I served it with garlic bread, salad and sweet tea to drink. It was really a delicious meal.
