The pot of chili that I made in this video was being ate on until the other day. I froze the remainder of it. Nice to be able to pull dinner out of the freezer, nuke it and it be something that you made and it still taste fresh!

&lt;strong&gt;Christiaan&lt;/strong&gt; - I figured if I didn't tell people I had burnt the chili, you would out me. Knife handling is an artform. Some people have it in their blood, others don't. Those who don't are frightened by it.</description>
