I had a guy come out here once. Came in. Sat down. Picked up the phone and they had to walk him through it. The man did not even know how to get to the web based configuration screen for the router. I sat in the chair across the room and thought "OMG, I was there just five minutes ago." The tech support guy had me do all of the mundane troubleshoot-y things they love to do, but nothing fixed my DSL. Finally, he transferred me to someone who told me that the network was down in my area and that they were working on it. Stupid waste of time.
