Windy Walk
Another walking video. I walked to my Grandparent’s house on Monday (3/3/2008) and took some photos and video. I walked a total of 1 hour 15 minutes that day. I talk about plans for a new office, how I’ve been exercising and not a whole lot else. I also put a clip of our cat and the neighbor’s cat playing. They’re all the time pestering each other.

Poopy like video. Poopy wish Andy walked to Poopy’s house. Poopy would let Andy use Poopy’s bathroom and have lunch.

Nice job on the walking and on the video and pics. That’s an added bonus to getting out for some exercise, you can practice your photography. Nice to get a look around from the front porch where you were taking a break.

Jonathan - Thanks. I love photography when I’m out walking. I just got back in from walking and I took the camera but it was really hard to do anything. I took the dog and he’s all the time tugging and pulling. He’s a really big dog (Australian Shepherd). That porch was my Mamaw Ruby’s porch, she’s deceased now. It’s so nice to have a place to stop and rest! There are some pretty flowers there as well that I take photos of every year. Stay tuned for those. Thanks again, Jonathan.

Shawno - Thanks, Shawno. I wish I would have been able to record them the other day. One was sitting in the shed and the other was jumping from the ground up into the shed against the other cat.

I’m VERY proud of you, Andy Melton. But honey, you really need a shave… J/K. Good job on these last two vid-jo’s. Mamaw’s porch is a perfect place to make videos. We need more.

Awesome job, Andy! I bumped into an old friend that I hadn’t seen in 4 years. He is skinny as a rail. He said he lost 70 lbs. in 4 months. Did it with running 1 hour a day, no junk food, and using an online calorie counter (something like mycaloriecounter.com) He did it because his doctor said his cholesterol was scary high and so was his blood pressure.
If my stupid friend can do it, you can too!
