I bumped into an old friend that I hadn't seen in 4 years. He is skinny as a rail. He said he lost 70 lbs. in 4 months. Did it with running 1 hour a day, no junk food, and using an online calorie counter (something like mycaloriecounter.com) He did it because his doctor said his cholesterol was scary high and so was his blood pressure. I love photography when I'm out walking. I just got back in from walking and I took the camera but it was really hard to do anything. I took the dog and he's all the time tugging and pulling. He's a really big dog (Australian Shepherd). That porch was my Mamaw Ruby's porch, she's deceased now. It's so nice to have a place to stop and rest!
