"While the rice looked delicious, I must stress again that you did not put a warning label on your video which parents that you are using sharp knives and a hot stove. What happens to small children or teenagers who watch this and decide to use a sharp knife?"

Small children should be supervised and watched over by their parents, and if they're watching this video they should be accompanied by said parent on the internet and learn from them not to use the knife. Teenagers should be responsible enough unless they weren't raised to be very bright about sharp objects and touching stoves. It's by no means the owner of this video's responsibility. It's the parent's or person's themself; this is why companies get sued over stupid things like spilling coffee on themselves.

Oh God, coffee, of course it's not gonna be hot and of course I'm never going to potentially spill it on myself. /sarcasm

In relation to this video, however, I'd like to thank you, Andy. Quite well prepared. You could try other oils such as oyster oil, that works pretty well as well and can give it a different flavor.

this looks deeeelish. i think i would like to try it with brown rice, but i really dont like soy sauce at all, so i dont know what i would substitute (because i'm assuming you need some type of moisture).

JustinFeed - Thanks, Justin. Glad you liked the cooking video. Hopefully, I can do more in the future and they'll be as yummy as this one. Is there such a thing as low sodium soy sauce? Does it even taste good?!

Yummy video, Andy. At the end of your cooking videos I always end up hungry! I'm going to have to try to make this at home, but with low sodium Soy Sauce.

MikeyPod - Thanks, I'm glad you enjoy my cooking videos. Hopefully, I can put some more out soon. I realized something so simple yesterday about dicing the onion. If I didn't cut the root off the bottom of the onion, it wouldn't fall apart so easily. I realized that while I was watching the video.

Haven't ever tried sesame oil. It's hard enough to get olive oil around here, extra virgin at that. I'll have to look extra hard for it the next time and see how it tastes. I've never used fresh ginger root either but I see it in a lot of Asian and Thai recipes. Thanks for the tip!
