Just Remember To Breathe

Thursday, September 13th, 2007

Today I bring you a bit of a longer audio journal entry. I know it’s quite long and some of you may want to skip ahead a little bit. I will completely understand. However I really enjoyed this recording a whole lot better than the one I did yesterday. Hopefully that doesn’t mean you all will hate it!

Doing The Dishes

The topics of conversation I discuss with myself in this audio recording include but are not limited to: Going to a job interview, why are we so nervous?, Being a healthy consumer, remembering to breathe and take your time.

The intro at the very beginning was provided by Christiaan Huygens. It’s actually an older file he made for me when I was broadcasting from Andy’s Audio & Video Journal, maybe if I am fortunate some kind soul will create another for me (hint, hint). The piano track at the beginning after Christiaan was “New Age Piano Movements Number 4″ by Klaus Neumaier. I apologize for not being able to find a direct link for that piece of music. At the very end I play a lovely song called “My Happy Little Bass” by Fireproof Babies.

Patience Is A Virtue

I generally don’t do audio posts. I got requests from a few people wanting updates from me and I tried doing a video journal, twice, but it just wasn’t working out. So I instead turned to my iRiver and made an audio recording. It’s rather raw, probably very boring so I apologize from the get-go.

Me

Like I said this is the first audio recording I have done in a while, so if the audio quality is really horrible. I don’t apologize. If you think I should stick to doing video entries, then go to Rebecca Nay that she was right
