Turkey Club Sandwich

Friday, May 4th, 2007

In this video I show you how I make a really, really good Turkey Club Sandwich. As I sat here and watched this video compress and transcode I wanted to run to the kitchen and make another one. However, I’m really trying not to! I’m on a diet after-all!

Deviled Eggs

I hope people don’t mind that I’m posting two videos in a night. I know it’s probably crazy to think that Andy Melton is posting two videos in one night, but I am! Don’t worry, it probably won’t happen again! Well, who knows, maybe.

Anyways, in this video I show you how I make my deviled eggs. My way is a little bit messy. I was in a bit of a hurry to get this video finished because people were about to walk in from work. It’s hard to record when other people are at home. Oh well. I hope you enjoy it.

Amish Friendship Bread

Thursday, March 15th, 2007

Amish friendship bread starters have been going around our family like crazy the past few weeks. People baking bread, sharing bread, giving people more starters. The process keeps going because according to the recipe of this bread the only people who know how to make a friendship bread starter are the Amish.

It took 10 days to make this bread. The first few days you simply mash the bag. On the 6th day you add flour, sugar and milk. The next 3 days you mash the bag and then on the 10th day you bake the bread. It’s quite a process but the end result is delicious bread that is more like cake than bread.
